Payment

Our minimum online order is 3 tubes.

Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express for both retail and wholesale orders.  Wholesalers: if you require another payment method please contact us. 

Hurraw! is a Paypal Verified Merchant and maintains the highest security standards to process your transaction. We never have access to your credit card number.  Please note that you will need your CVV2 number located on the back of your credit card.  CVV2 is a security measure we require for all transactions. 

On a Visa, MasterCard or Discover please turn your card over and look in the signature strip. You will find (either the entire 16-digit string of your card number, or just the last 4 digits), followed by a space, followed by a 3-digit number. That 3-digit number is your CVV2 number.

On Amex the CVV2 number is a 4-digit number on the front of the card that appears above the end of your card number

Apologies, but we do not offer drop ship, consignment or private label.

Shipping

All of our shipping boxes, envelopes and packaging contents are made from recycled materials and are recyclable! Hurraw!  Our poly air mailers bubble mailers can be reused and/or recylced (#5 plastic bubbles and kraft paper).

US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Domestic or USPS First Class Mail Domestic (USPS Priority Mail Domestic is $4.95 for 3-24 tubes / USPS First Class Domestic is $2.95 for 3-10 tubes).

Hurraw! ships Worldwide via USPS Priority and First Class Mail International (rates start at $6.15 for USPS International Mail).

Wholesale orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. If you require another method of shipping, please contact us.

All Hurraw! domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed and usually shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment. You can expect delivery within 2-8 business days after placing your order.

Although Hurraw! can tolerate higher temps than most balms, please know that hot summertime mailboxes and Hurraw! balms don't like to hang out for very long! You will recieve a shipping confirmation number so you can track when your balm will arrive. 

Returns

Hurraw! wants you to be very happy with your order and we guarantee our balms unconditionally.  If for some reason you feel a return is necessary, please contact us.  Returns are accepted only with the prior consent of Hurraw! Balm.
