Wow! We are shocked and bummed about the USPS postage increases for 2013. We only charge the actual shipping costs to our customers and the fact that USPS just raised the International rates 60% is a bit shocking. We will do everything we can to find a better method. In the meantime, we apologize that this rate increase is out of our hands.

*Although Hurraw! can tolerate higher temps than most balms, please know that hot Summertime mailboxes and Hurraw! balms don't like to hang out for very long.

US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Domestic or USPS First Class Mail Domestic.
All Hurraw! domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed and usually shipped within 24 hours (M-F) after receipt of payment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation number and can expect delivery within 2-6 business days after placing an order.

Hurraw! ships Worldwide via USPS Priority, First Class Mail International and Express Mail International.
Most International orders arrive within 7-10 days but some can take as long as 4 weeks to arrive due to delays in Customs.
Wholesale orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. If you require another method of shipping, please contact us.

Yes! We do Military addresses!

All APO/FPO addresses are considered to be United States addresses, even if the recipient is currently stationed in another country.

For "Address" enter the address (ie: PSC 4526 Box 856)
For "City" enter APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office)
For "State" select Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific
For "Country" select United States
For "Zip/postal code" enter the zip code of the APO/FPO address you're shipping to

Payment

Payment is accepted via PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) for both retail and wholesale orders.
Wholesalers: if you require another payment method please contact us. Hurraw! is a Paypal Verified Merchant and maintains the highest security standards to process your transaction.
We never have access to your credit card number.

Please note that you will need your CVV2 number located on the back of your credit card. CVV2 is a security measure we require for all transactions. On a Visa, MasterCard or Discover please turn your card over and look in the signature strip. You will find (either the entire 16-digit string of your card number, or just the last 4 digits), followed by a space, followed by a 3-digit number. That 3-digit number is your CVV2 number. On Amex the CVV2 number is a 4-digit number on the front of the card that appears above the end of your card number.
